Easytek Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee allows you to use the product and decide if it meets your needs. The 30-day period starts when you receive the product. If you decide to return it during the 30-day period we will refund the full purchase price less shipping cost (if any).

Refunds are made if the goods are returned in original and resalable condition with all packaging, manuals and registration cards. Exceptions apply to consumables and special purpose goods. Returned items that are missing parts or are not in new condition will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion (minimum restocking fee 20%). Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Damage due to improper packaging or loss of goods is at the risk of the customer and may result in the refund being declined. We recommend using trackable Courier only. Presentation of the purchase receipt and a valid return authorisation number are required. Please contact us to obtain your return authorisation number before returning any items. Returns without valid return authorisation number will incur a 20% restocking fee.
